We accept defective & damaged returns within 30 days of the purchase date. This includes the original packaging and the box it came in.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will ship the new product. Refund is only applicable incase of unavailability of new product & the refund will be processed to the original payment method, within 5-7 business days.

To start the process simply add your order number and email used to make the purchase.
Select the item(s) you would like to return or exchange and email us for the same.

We process our orders very quickly & unfortunately, we cannot typically make changes after an order has been placed. If you want to cancel or make any updates regarding your order please contact our Support Team at firstname.lastname@example.org to see if a modification can be made - we cannot guarantee these requests will be successful.
Please note that if the package doesn’t reach you after you provided a wrong or incomplete address, we will not be held accountable and will not be able to offer a full refund of your order amount - the customer is responsible for providing clear and correct shipping & billing information upon placing an order.
